Ürömi Szarvasgombász Lagotto Kennel

I have been breeding the Lagotto Romagnolo breed since 2000. Our Kennel is a member of the MEOESZ and the Hungarian Retriever and Water Dog Association. The focus of our breeding program is on preserving health, an excellent nervous system and the original working capacity of the breed. We place great emphasis on the health screenings of our breeding dogs, which is why we only choose parents with excellent screening results during our pairings. Our dogs have an outstanding ability to find truffles, and they regularly work with us every day to search for truffles. We consider it important to preserve the Lagotto Romagnolo's original characteristics and love of work. Our puppies are brought up in a loving, family environment, where they gain many positive experiences in the first weeks of their lives. We pay great attention to early socialization so that balanced, confident and healthy dogs go to their new homes. Our goal is for every Lagotto Romagnolo we breed to be a long-term healthy, balanced and lovable member of the family, as well as - if needed - an excellent working dog.
