What does 7 day FREE trial mean?
When you start your first subscription on Wuuff, it will begin with a 7 day free trial, which lets you set up your breeder profile and advertise your puppies. On the 8th day, your free trial will automatically become a paid subscription unless you cancel your free trial.
Why do you need payment info for the free trial?
The 7 day trial is absolutely free, no worries! The main reason we ask for your credit card info upfront is to verify age and identity. Your card will only be charged if you continue past the free trial period.
How do I cancel my free trial?
1. Sign in to your account. 2. Find the subscription menu on the left side. 3. Click Cancel Subscription.
How can I renew my subscription?
We are delighted that you are enjoying our service and want people to continue to discover more about your kennel. You can relax, as shortly before the renewal date you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information to renew.
Can I pay monthly?
We keep our Plan prices low, to ensure the packages stay affordable. Based on our experience and with talking with hundreds of breeders, you need visibility all year round to quickly find the best homes for your puppies.
How can switch from the 3 or 6 month plan to the yearly plan?
You can upgrade to the Yearly Premium Plan at any time during your subscription. You will receive a pro-rated credit for the remaining time of your current plan, that will be applied to the price of the yearly plan.
What is the Champion Breeder?
We reserve the top 5 spots of each breed for the Champion Partners. It is no secret that the top 3 on any list will receive at least 50% of all traffic. The order in which they appear is based on “first come, first serve,” which means the first to pay will be on top, the second will be right below and so on. Receive complimentary assistance with shipping and translation, and a monthly Facebook post upon request. This add-on is only available for yearly advertisers.
